Idisina: The Black Rider
While reading, Idisina: The Black Rider I felt the first few chapter took too long to pull you in. Too much detail distracted me from connecting to the characters at first. Then too much verbal communication with loss of detail left me feeling like a lip reader at a shake out. Thankfully, once the story began to gather momentum and the character developed I simply couldn't put the book down. Once you become attached tot he characters the detail begins to flow in such a way you have to read the next chapter, then the next and the next, The blend of emotions with the mythology/fantasy creates a story what you will never forget. This may very well become that book you pull out once or twice a year to read for the pure joy of reading.
