#BestTimeToBeAKid from Gymboree

It's that time of year! When you pull out all the stops, and everyone turns up the Martha Stewart in themselves and decorates. Personally, I love to decorate in the rusted muted tones of auntumn for Thanksgiving and I LOVE tracing, coloring and cutting out everyone's hand prints for a giant Turkey that goes on our wall.
 For my kids and husband they love to make a Gingerbread house for Santa to "break" into on Christmas Eve and they finish off Christmas morning.

The Second Year, which marked the beginning of it becoming a tradition. 

 I finally got into the action last year and instead of purchasing a gingerbread kit I designed and made our own Gingerbread house. It may have been the best yet. This year I'm pestering my Hubby and Kiddos on what we should make this year. So far it's looking like an A-frame house with Chex shingles, and a few of those mini houses for their hot cocoa. It's always a mess, but in the end it's a blast and well worth all the smiles it brings.
