Skipping Stones has to be one of the most emotionally changed books I have read in a long time. This is including my reading The Fault In Our Stars . I have never cried so much reading a book since the death of Dumbledore in The Half Blood Prince of The Harry Potter Series. You begin morning the loss of parents, then jump to the joys of a booming first love only to lose it suddenly.  Then a miraculous coincidence that bring them back together. Its just wonderful tear jerked that was written just to twist the knobs of your emotions.
I give it four stars, I felt it could have been more descriptive and pulled story along a little longer, perhaps develop the relationship deeper before the happy blessed union tithe end.
